If you think there is an error in your certificate, please review the following notes:
  1) If you missed more than 10 minutes of a session, you did not earn credit for that session.
  2) Did you complete the conference evaluation?
      To earn credit for this conference, you were required to submit the post-event evaluation within 72 hours.
      If your name is on THIS LIST you did not complete the evaluation.
          a. Since this is a new rule, we are being flexibile and will give you until May 1 to submit a late response HERE.
            If you are submitting a late response, you MUST send an email to MaryGettel@hcam.org
            after you submit your evaluation to have your certificate updated.
